A Two-Day Celebration of Motoring Magic

From the grand and gorgeous to classic cool, this special weekend invites motor enthusiasts and families to experience the best of pre-1990 classic cars and bikes on display.  Whether you’re there to marvel at these showpieces of modern engineering, admire the beauty or just soak up some vintage charm – make sure you mark the date in your diary.

For many years, this much-loved motoring event has marked the arrival of summer in Youghal and always delivers a wonderful time.

The event is a two-day celebration of motoring at its best – with a chance to see members of Classic Wheels Ireland in action together with entertainment for the whole family. It’s a class act that’s the perfect blend of nostalgia and fun!

Saturday is dedicated to the colourful car and bike run, which covers a 45 km loop from Youghal, through the pretty towns and villages of Clashmore, Villierstown, Cappoquin, Lismore, Tallow and back again. From the dashing automobiles of the golden era of motoring, to the trendy cool cars of the  swinging 60s – you can see them all in action.

 To top off the event, enjoy a wonderful summer barbecue at Farrells Summerfield Bar, with prize-giving, raffle, music and lots of craic!

On Sunday it’s Family Day on the grounds of Farrells Summerfield Bar, where you can see all the event’s participating cars up close, in all their pristine, glistening glory.
