The Bar Restaurant is situated at the beautiful, 5-star, seaside boutique hotel – Cliff House Hotel. Situated on the south side of Ardmore Bay, it is open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and snacks. The bar menu is at once sophisticated and easy-going – a tribute to the very best Irish cuisine. Presided over by The Cliff’s Executive Chef Martijn Kajuiter, the menus offer a wide selection of sandwiches, seafood dishes including monkfish, Helvick cod, local crab, and chowder. Rib-eye steaks are meltingly soft, while the desserts are classic Irish comfort food taken to the next level.

It’s a joy to experience this restaurant which is dominated by a curved walnut bar reminiscent of a tall sailing ship. In winter a fire burns, creating the intimate, cosy feel of a traditional Irish pub.
